  • How does the waitlist work?

Don’t be discouraged—our waitlist DOES move!

    • If a spot opens up more than 24 hours before class, you’ll be automatically added and notified by email.
    • If a spot becomes available within 24 hours, we’ll email & text the entire waitlist, and it’s first-come, first-served to secure the spot.
  • What is your cancellation policy?

We have an 8-hour cancellation policy. Cancel more than 8 hours before class to get your credit back. Late cancellations forfeit the credit. If you cancel late, email us for a one-time courtesy credit. No-shows won’t receive a courtesy credit, so please remember to cancel before class starts.

**Check your schedule regularly, as the studio isn’t responsible for forgotten or double bookings.**

  • Do membership credits roll over?

No, monthly membership credits will not roll over.

  • Membership vs Package, Help!

Both are great options and come in a variety of price points!

    Memberships:

    • Recurring billing once a month for 6 months.
    • Automatically ends after 6 months. If you want to continue, simply purchase a new membership.
    • Memberships can be paused, but cannot be canceled mid-term.

    Packages:

    • Available in increments of 1, 5, 10, 20, and 30 classes.
    • One-time purchase with all credits given at the time of purchase.
    • Offer the most flexibility for booking in advance and some can even be shared!

For more details, please check our pricing page.

  • Can I pause my membership?

Yes, you can! To pause your membership, please email us at least 3 days before you’d like the pause to start. Be sure to include both your pause start date and a tentative resume date in your email.

Keep in mind that your pause needs to be at least 10 days long to qualify. While your membership is paused, you won’t be able to book new classes or change existing bookings, and unfortunately, we can’t make exceptions to this rule.

  • What is your refund policy?

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, we strive to be as flexible as possible. If life changes, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Is Pilates safe during pregnancy?

Yes, Pilates is generally safe during pregnancy, as long as your doctor approves. Please make sure to notify the instructor prior to taking the class so they can provide any necessary modifications.

  • What do I need for class?

A good attitude! Always be kind and hydrated. We sell bottled water and grip socks (although we do not require them).
